safe box convenient tram nice beverage
This stay worked good. The tram stop was conveniently 200 steps from the hotel. This was a plus. My room had a fridge and a safe box, I use it well. The bar had nice beverages and I enjoyed that place.
The single bed room was a bit narrow for me.

Really good stay near the zoo
easy check-in great location
The hotel is stylish, and the check-in process was easy. I arrived early, hoping to store my bags, and they checked me in since the room was ready. The location is great, right next to the zoo. I did not hear any animal noises.
The hotel room was small. The cleanness was not the best. The bedhead was ripped, and the carpets seemed dusty.

The reception staff are cute and helpful with local information. Staff were willing to assist with directions for trams, always greeting guests. They also provided luggage storage, appreciated.

The hotel location is excellent, close to a tram stop providing easy access. The hotel is near the holocaust museum, around a 10-minute walk. The zoo is opposite the hotel.

The rooms are quiet and spacious. The room included a coffee machine, a kettle, and supplies were restocked. A shower was easy to use, and soap dispensers were full. The room was SPOTLESSLY clean.

the tram stop was nearby and very helpful. the bar area had nice, comfortable decor. our room felt quite spacious and was very clean. i really loved the hotel breakfast as it was awesome.
the room was quite warm. there was no air conditioning. this.

the location was very NICE, close to the tram. staff was friendly and helpful . the breakfast offered a varied and very good selection. i appreciate these aspects SO much.
